Shipping destinations:

We ship both locally and worldwide. Shipping times: Local orders take 3 to 5 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 1 business days after receiving your order.

International orders take 6 to 10 business days to be delivered via Canada Post, UPS, Fedex, and Purolator, and we ship within 1 business days after receiving your order.

Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Due to the constant change in Customs Fees for every individual country, we cannot guarantee that your country will or will not have customs fees added onto your order. If customs fees are due at the time of pick up, the customer is responsible for these charges.

Our standard shipping in Canada takes 3-7 business days, and it is FREE on orders over $100+! Faster shipping options are available at an additional cost. 

Packages outside of Canada can take between 3-5 business days to arrive at the international carrier. It may then take an additional 10-15 business days to be delivered, depending on your country. 

Due to the ongoing impacts of COVID-19 and an increase in our orders, it may take a bit longer than usual for your order to be delivered. 

We are working tirelessly to fulfill orders as quickly as possible while following all necessary precautions to keep our warehouse team healthy and safe. 

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number, please follow your tracking information for the most recent updates on your package!

Standard shipping within Canada and the US is free on orders over $100+! If your order is under $100 then the shipping price will be calculated based on your location and the weight of your package! 

International shipping varies depending on your chosen delivery method and country.

We ship out all packages within 1 business day of receiving your order, once your order has left our warehouse you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number! You can track your package right here by clicking on the tracking number or email us.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. 

We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy: If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund. 

Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.

To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.

For returns, please email inquiries@profittea.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.

When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
